These are three tiers of services that fit most event needs. Our initial meeting is at no charge to get to know each other and gather details about you and your event. A custom quote can be given to you at this appointment based upon your needs for service.

Full Event Coordination

This package caters to the client who needs professional services such as vendor/venue selection. Perfect for the long distance bride and groom who need a planner to do the leg work. Budget development, music selection, space planning, timeline, rehearsal direction and day of coordination w/ assistant. 35 hours involved with this package. All set up and teardown included with this package. $2,200

Day of Coordination

This is the perfect package for the client who had done all the leg work and they have a plan in place and they need a professional to manage the details for their big day so they can focus on being married and enjoying themselves. 3 hours of initial planning, 2 hours of rehearsal, day of coordination. 21 hour package. Set up and teardown included.

Event Design and Planning for the DYI Bride

Can’t sleep… Worried about your event?
Need a professional to help you pull your ideas together? We offer consultation services at $50 an hour. We can help you to sort out the mulitude of details that are involved with the big day. Tap into our sources and experience. “You don’t know, what you don’t know” But we do! We’ll create a very detailed timeline for ceremony and reception for you. Your friend can coordinate the day for you!

Beautiful Event Rentals

Table Linens~ current color palettes and textures to choose from. Starting at $12.00 for 4′ and 5′ full length. Overlays~ organza, crush, pintuck toppers and runners. $5.00-$10.00 Matching napkins and buffet linens available. We own our inventory, no worries about late shippments or goofed orders from the internet.

Table Centerpieces~ Many different stylish floral vases and unique candle centerpiece options available. From classic to modern style. $5.00-$35.00 Great for DYI brides who want to arrange floral themselves.
